Lavender Love

shirt, Pac Sun. Pants, R21. Ring, c/o Pie N' the Sky. Shoes, thrifted and also a DIY you can learn here.

It's official, my dear friends. Spring has finally found its way among us, at least in my neck of the woods anyway. This current weather bliss calls for evening bike rides, picnic dates, and drinking coffee, plus watching the stars on the rooftop.  And of course, once spring makes its mark, I can't help but throw a plethora amount of pastels into my wardrobe mixture. Plus, anything lace is always a must this time of year.

I'm currently trying my absolute hardest to stay inspired, motivated, and on schedule. I'm going to spend the day making an abundance of to-do, idea, and goal lists. I'm attempting to establish a handful of well thought out goals and projects that I plan to take on full force for the new season, and I imagine it will be very beneficial. It's a nice to way to keep on track and not let the hustle and bustle of life overwhelm you.

How do you stay motivated during the change of seasons?

P.S. Congratulations, Emily! You're the winner of the Destiny Ray Jewelry Design giveaway!

Hope you enjoy this beautiful day!

  3. I'm struggling with the motivation too at the moment, fuelling myself up with tea and toast for another run at my pile of work. Keep making cards when I should be replying to emails!

These shots are gorgeous, the quality of light is so lovely and your braid looks great!

  4. I am the worst at staying motivated, as soon as 3pm hits. My productivity at work is just gone. I try to stay on task but it's so nice and I just want to go home! It's worse in the summer.

Some of my friends hate it but I just can't see why. Its pretty funny you posted this after mine (http://www.schnickelfritzz.blogspot.com/2012/03/lavender-lady.html)...and I highly doubt you've ever seen my blog!
