Cinnamon Roll Latte // Coffee Diaries

I can't take the credit for this one. I found this recipe here on Kitchen Simplicity and adjusted a few of the ingredients. Instead of heavy cream, I used soy milk and greek yogurt instead of cream cheese. I also found this recipe to make powdered coconut sugar to substitute for confectioners sugar.

This recipe is delicious and will make your house smell all sorts of wonderful. I made a little extra syrup and stored it in the refrigerator to use in hot tea as well. Enjoy!

  10. This reminds me of fall, my favorite season. Yum! According to the principles of feng shui, cinnamon is said to have both sweet and wealth inspired properties.

    Love and luck,
