Quiet Mornings.

Mornings are my favorite part of the day. We've been given a good dose of dreary weather over here, which makes the mornings that much more enjoyable. Lately they have consisted of yoga, coffee, reading, and planning out the day. I'm a music buff, but I tend to spend most mornings in silence. A time to reflect, appreciate, and embrace simplicity. Well, silent until our little neighbor birds decide to wake up. We have a few crates on our porch that they've made a home in. Then they, and our little parakeet Petrie, send messages back and forth all morning. I'm convinced they are planning his escape.

A lot has been going on the past few weeks, and we're making some major decisions. We are for sure moving out in the next month or so, though we aren't positive where we'll end up. It's been somewhat of a stressful process, but it's exciting. Making life changing decisions always brings Josh and I closer together, even when it's a hard decision. This is a season of change and growth.

Enough rambling. I'm off to spend the rest of the day with my darling, who so happens to be having a birthday today. I got his birthday present back in November, and it's been burning a hole in my pocket ever since.
