I've been meaning to pick up a new watch lately, so I decided I might as well make my own! Take a look..
Supplies: leather cords and trims, small piece of leather, jewelry hooks, clock face insert.
Pantry Supplies: Scissors, leather or heavy duty glue.
Begin by taking three strands of leather cord and trim and make a long braid. Mine was roughly 30 inches. Tie loops in both ends of the braid with the thinnest cord you used. Next, attach jewelry hooks to each end of the braid. Lastly, glue down the cord and leather backing to the clock face insert. I found mine in the clock parts section in a local craft store.
Have a wonderful rest of your weekend.

Great way to customize a watch by spending far less money than one you'd buy in a store. Really cute, too.
