I've been wearing maxi skirts more than ever the past month, and you can bet July will be no different. Sometimes a maxi is too dressy for the occasion though, so I've been pairing them with simple tees like the one above to give it an airy, chill vibe. It's been perfect for the most unforgiving heat we've had; though no complaints on my end. I couldn't be happier with this hot, hot weather, especially when it comes to summer ventures. We took our first bicycle ride date last night downtown
for some gelato + coffee, and the weather was so sweet to us. I'm really a rather simple gal, so summer evenings like this are my favorite.
Rabbit trail: We also took it upon ourselves to rescue a stray kitten yesterday. I'm really contemplating keeping the little fella, though deep down I know it's not the best idea for where we're at in our lives. His whole 2 lbs of furry cuteness is making quite the case though.
