I'll be the first to admit, I'm more of a solids gal. But I've been trying to broaden my scope and invest in more patterned things. Whether clothing or household items, I'm slowly but surely falling for pretty patterns of all sorts.
When I was younger, I always loved very structured, symmetrical patterns; something I'll blame on my obsession of math, numbers, and everything having its specific place. Since, I've really come to appreciate patterns that go off track; that at first glance, you wouldn't claim it a pattern at all. Here's a mix of both sorts in a variety of lots of pretty bits.
I'm contemplating adding a bit of wallpaper to one of our bedroom walls to add a bit of character.

We're on the hunt for couches. Though I'm not planning on anything with a pattern in particular, these two still caught my eye with their bold, unique patterns.

I always forget I have my own horse dress from last fall and have still yet to wear it! I'll have to bring it out for a hot summer evening.

Shorts are my summer go to. I've a few floral pair but have yet to get my hands on any other patterned pairs.
Summer bracelets with simple patterns for the casual days.
Spring & fall bedspreads.
Rugs for every room.
And of course, lovely prints. I've been collecting them for a bit but still have a long way to go. I want to fill a whole wall with prints before the year is over.
Now that I've got my pattern obsession out of my system, the rest of the day is dedicated to working at the shop, editing, yoga, organizing our newly painted space, and finishing it with a back porch + ice cream date. Hope your week has been lovely so far.
