This concept is nothing new by any means, but has more of a fashionable twist on it than those cheesy t-shirts you use to create back in middle school. Below are two files I've created that you can download for free to create the same tanks I made.
Supplies: t-shirt, iron on paper, fabric dye (optional).
Pantry Supplies: Scissors, iron.
Begin by cutting the t-shirt into a tank top. I did two versions; one, cutting the front straight across, and the other, leaving two flaps in the front to tie into a knot. Optional; dye the tank top. Next, print your design onto the iron on paper. Follow the instructions of the iron on paper and apply it to the tank top.
