Butterfly Tee DIY

I can't take all the credit for this project. I was scoping the internet recently and found this DIY project and thought it was genius. This is one of the easiest DIY's to make, and the possibilities are endless. For my butterfly shirt, I used a $3 tee I found at a thrift shop, some fabric I had from a previous project, and gold metal hoop rings. I followed the directions in the link above but before sewing the sides of the shirts together, I strung the hoops through the back of the shirt. Because I strung the hoops through the fabric, I had to cut away some of the bulk so that the hoops would fit through.

When wearing this shirt, try styling it with a fun patterned bandeau or with a no show adhesive bra.
