Anmol + Holly Indian Wedding // Pt. One

It was one of the most exciting emails of my life. I actually remember yelling for Josh and he came running into the room, thinking something was wrong. I said, "Read this. I don't think it's for real." I was in shock. India had always been on my dream list of places to visit, so it just felt too good to be true. Holly had so kindly introduced herself, told us about her love story with Anmol, and asked if we would be interested in photographing their wedding in beautiful India. Of course I said, "YES!" but still tried to not get my hopes up. It was just too incredible of an opportunity to not have a catch. During that summer Holly and Anmol came to visit us and have us shoot their engagement photos. After meeting them I realized wow, this is really going to happen; we're going to photograph a wedding in India.

This whole trip is one happy blur. It really was perfect, and I don't use that word lightly. We experienced culture in its most beautiful form, met the most lovely people, and created lifelong friendships. We actually talked about it on the trip how it really felt like we had all been friends for years.

As I was going through these photos, it was much too hard to narrow it down to one post, so this is part one of the Indian wedding we shot in November. Reliving these irreplaceable moments is a wonderful feeling. Missing these people, this place, and these memories so much today. Anmol and Holly extended such love and friendship to us; we will be lifelong friends from here on out. Hope you enjoy.
