Life is Crazy.
Whoa.Whoa.Whoa. Life is more than crazy right about now. Though I'm running on little sleep, lots of coffee and positive words are keeping me going. Also, I'd like to give a little shout out to my darling husband for helping me with a million and a half different things. He's the sweetest man I've ever met.
Any quotes, positive words, or helpful tips for staying on top of a full plate?
No quotes in particular, but just remember life is crazy because you CAN handle it. If you couldn't then it wouldn't be. You look beautiful in these photos, I love the slouchy jeans and tank with the bandeau.

It is so amazing to see your grace in navigating this busy, busy time in your life! You are inspiring as I am going through the whirlwind of emotions in moving with my husband as well. Something that has been comforting me is that some things end but other sweet, amazing things begin. It's all for a purpose. You're doing great.

You are GORGEOUS.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had words! I just know that I have often felt the same way. These seasons will come and go.
ReplyDeletejosh is the luckiest man alive, that is all im going to say. ;)
ReplyDeleteWords I live by:
ReplyDelete"Dreams are goals with deadlines."
Sometimes, looking too far ahead stretches things out too far and things become unattainable. On the other hand, sometimes you can't see past the end of your nose and everything looks like it's just.too.much. Try your best to strike a balance between the "too-far-in-the-future" and the "right-now". Pause every day and find something beautiful. I like to keep a small moleskine journal and write down something beautiful I see or experience every day and it allows me to take a moment and come back down to earth.
Keep your chin up. :)
love the jeans! :D
ReplyDeleteI love that jacket so much! Good luck with that full plate of yours - I know how you feel :)

I think music always helps. And singing really loud and dancing obsurdly doesn't hurt either.
ReplyDeleteThe Occasional Indulgence
I always step back and look at the big picture. Sure, things are chaotic right now and they seem to be taking over, but I always tell myself that this is just one little phase in my life. Things get done somehow, they always do. It's just one crazy, temporary phase and bigger, better things are ahead!
ReplyDeleteCute outfit, and I love the booties!
ReplyDelete4th pic- so pretty.
ReplyDeletewoah you just get prettier and prettier!!!! you are full of love and light.
ReplyDeleteYour bangs are perfection. Seriously. One of these days, I'll get my bangs to look like that.
ReplyDeleteAnd the only thing I've found that has helped me stay on top of a full plate is taking stuff off. Ha. But seriously, if something can be taken off, that's what I try to do now. I can only keep up with so much before it gets to be too much and I need to shelve it until I've got some more time on my hands.
Its beautiful photos !!

ReplyDeleteSome tips I follow on staying on top of stress/busyness:
ReplyDeleteMake a to-do list daily of everything that needs to get done! On the same note, I have a cute dry erase calendar (which shows a month at a time) in my work space that has all my photo shoots, weddings, deadlines, etc on it. It even includes things like boring errands that I need to be sure to do (like laundry, etc.) and bill due dates. Seeing the entire month at a glance helps me to not feel as overwhelmed because I never feel like anything is "sneaking up" on me. Plus it helps me make my daily to-do list!
As far as stress, I've moved 7 times in the past 2.5 years (I'm now in Kansas City!) Remember to try and not stress over things that are out of your control, always look for the bright side and take things one day at a time! When I'm super stressed about something particular coming up, I always say to myself, "Just think ... at this time next week the thing I'm stressing about will be over." Eventually, whatever you're stressed about WILL be over/resolved. :)
And drinks lots of coffee!

Love your jeans ^_^ Not sure if this'll help, but I quite like this quote:

you are one of the most photogenic ladies EVER. seriously! love these photos. :)
ReplyDeleteremember that the Lord tell us not to worry. When we worry or get anxious then we are not fully trusting in him, his timing, and his plans. God has given you all the abilities to do what you need to do right now. Pray for peace and relaxation and when youre stressing just remeber that God gave you this day to enjoy it and glorify him

Take it one day at a time. Sometimes one hour at a time. Keep lists on paper so you can take a big sharpie and CROSS things off. Deep breaths. Baths. And never not delegate or ask for help if you have a chance too! Best of luck to you!
