Weekend Frames

As I mentioned in my last post, this weekend I headed out to Wisconsin for an engagement shoot. I've never met such an adventurous couple, and I took that to my full advantage. Our weekend consisted of bike rides, bonfires, canoe trips, and lots of hole-in-the-wall diners. I'm so looking forward to their wedding in May, especially since Josh will be joining me the next time around.

Blessings seem to come in all sorts of disguises. Long story short, sometimes airlines give you $500.00 vouchers and a hotel room if you volunteer to let someone take your spot on an over booked flight. I took it as a sign I needed to take some time and rest, plus that voucher will come quite handy for an upcoming trip next spring. Anyway, now you know why I've been so absent this weekend, but be reassured, you'll be seein' this gal a lot this week.

  3. wow, such cool pictures! You have an amazing job! I wish I could do the same thing for a living. Can I ask how and when you started doing this? Has photography always been a dream? Or more of a lifestyle? (Thats how your photos feel, like they've always been a part of you)
