Branch Picture Frame DIY

Last week I had the most wonderful time photographing a pretty wedding of two dear friends of ours. I wanted to make a little "house warming gift" with some of my favorite photos from their special day for them, and I thought I'd share it with you as well! Here are all the details..

Supplies: Clothes pins, hemp, paint, branches, feathers (optional) and your favorite photos!
Pantry Supplies: Scissors, paint brushes, nails or tacks to hang the finish product.

First, paint pretty patterns on the branches! Next, give the clothes pins a pretty coat of paint as well. After they are dry, tie strands of hemp around the clothes pins. Then, tie the ends of the hemp attached to the clothes pins to the branch. You'll want to be sure it's the correct length so that the clothes pins will hold the photos correctly. Lastly, hang your favorite photos! I printed these on regular paper at Fed Ex to prevent a glossy shine. Be sure it's okay with your photographer if you're creating your own prints!

I'm off to photograph a pretty face, and then enjoy an evening full of miniature golf and ice cream.

What do you have planned for this weekend? XO
